Shipping Policy

Processing And Shipping Time

All of our products are made fresh by hand and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is made.   

No shipments are made on Saturday, Sunday or national/local holidays.

We ship all orders via UPS or USPS per customer’s request at checkout.  

We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive within the shipper’s estimated time frame.

Orders being shipped to a PO Box arrive via the United States Postal Service (USPS).   


Jeneva Candy is not responsible for:

-undeliverable packages

-lost or stolen packages

-packages damaged after delivery

-incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

 

Warm Weather Shipping

Candies made with chocolate (except pralines) will melt in transit during warmer weather.  We do not include any extra packaging to keep the chocolates cool. If the weather in your area is warm, the chocolates may be melted or soft when you receive them. Please keep that in mind when ordering.  Chocolate melted due to heat exposure will not be replaced.

Phone Orders

We will begin taking telephone orders starting March 15, 2022


Returns and Refund Policy

All requests for returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.  Our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and should arrive in excellent condition.  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us immediately at orders@jenevacandy.com
